Bimi was born from a deeply personal experience. During a trip to Japan with her father in 2011, our founder, Meghan, was captivated by the beauty and care infused into every meal.
One unforgettable evening in Yokohama, dining in traditional kimonos and savoring exquisitely presented Japanese dishes, Meghan realized how food could be presented as a unique and memorable experience while nurturing both the body and the soul. This memory sparked her vision to bring the same passion for healthy, beautifully crafted meals to Victoria.
